An aging man (Gerry) discovers his wife (Helen) is dying. She spends her evenings in the back yard counting her blessings. He stays indoors worried she will catch her death of cold. He dreams of gaining super hero powers and using them to eradicate injustice and suffering, and thereby cure his wife. In his dream world, he encounters Sophia Spire, a healer and her sidekick R.F. Barebones. [R” for reality, “F” for face it.] In return for his newfound powers, Gerry must confront Barebones. Their differences lead to a wrestling match. Will Gerry’s newfound powers be equal to the task?
