Refund Policy

All sales made through the Canadian Play Outlet are final. Playwrights Guild of Canada does not offer any return, refund or exchange on products sold through the Canadian Play Outlet. This includes published plays, copyscripts and stage-ready scripts.

Orders cannot be changed or altered once they are paid for and processed.

In the event that a mistake has occurred, please contact us to see what arrangements can be made. Any refunds issued may be subject to a restocking fee.

We cannot guarantee an item is in stock at any given time, and extra time may be required for us to re-stock items before they are ready for delivery. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact orders@playwrightsguild.ca to ensure the item is in stock before placing your order. We are also unable to guarantee delivery times.
