The tale of a man, a fish and the last glass of water. Hugh and his companion fish, Oscar, live in an enclosed environment with one glass of water. the glass of water is used to keep the fish alive, to grow the food for Hugh and the fish need to live, to shower and bathe in, to drink and to play with. Every last drop of water must be accounted for. the story is told from the fish's point of view, who must decide if Hugh is worth keeping alive.
