A psychiatrist finds a boy on his knees in the woods. He tries to "civilize" him, but at the same time falls in love with him. He wants custody of the boy, but at the same time must submit to the questioning of a homophobic doctor. The psychiatrist and friends learn much from the "wildboy" who later returns to the woods.
