Archie Belaney masqueraded as an Indian naturalist. After making his reputation as an international lecturer, best-selling author and pioneer wildlife conservationist during the 1930's, he was unmasked as an impostor. The play won first prize in the Annual Canadian One-Act Playwriting Competition.
