I See You by Glen Bowser

Tom has decided to move to Summerset and start a new life. Maggie shows him an old mansion she has a hard time selling. Strange things happens whenever she shows the house and she can`t get out of there fast enough. Tom likes her playfulness and strikes up a connection with her. Maggie feels the same way, but thinks her weird showmanship in showing the house has blown the sale. Tom surprises her by putting in an offer and telling her it used to be his Grandfathers house and he wants to live there.
The next day, Tom has just about finished settling in when David appears in the house and tells Tom he`s the previous owner and can`t leave. After debating with each other Tom discovers that David is dead and is now stuck in his old house as a ghost. A new relationship evolves, except Maggie can`t see David, and David causes all kinds of problems for Tom by being a pain. The play is fast paced and comedy ensued with a heartfelt ending and surprise.
