The children’s musical troupe is setting up in a school gymnasium rehearsing to perform for the students, teachers & faculty. The main theme of the stage play is to teach the children, in a fun and musical way that drinking beer or alcohol while driving do not mix, and is unsafe and dangerous. This will also influence their parents, and adult family members to make the right choices and to not drink & drive.
One of the main performers, ZELNICK is not adhering to the programme, and everyone is concerned when they see him drinking alcohol. We find out throughout the play the reasons why he is conducting himself in this unhealthy way. See the rest of the performers, KEYS, PHILO and VIVIAN through songs, music and personal stories in their lives trying to help him though his pain and sorrow to gain his confidence back and to change his “stupid ways”.
