City of Shadows by Daniel David Moses
The ghosts of six more or less urban Indians haunt the city at night, retelling themselves the stories of the central moments of their lives. These retellings allow them to make some sense of their lives, loves and to return to their families and community, to rest in peace. The play weaves together monologues, light and sound in an unconventional almost musical way.
