“A love-letter to books and to reading…and to eventually believing in hope.”
Miriam is a small-town librarian who lives in a world filled with books. She likes Dickens, O’Henry and Shakespeare. She likes Chandler and Hammett and Mickey Spillane. She’s smart and she's kind and she’s curious. She knows the Dewy Decimal System by heart. She’s interested in just about everything…except hope. She has a hard time believing in that.
