Based on the poem by Robert Browning. The magical Pied Piper rids the little medieval town of Hamelin of its plague of rats, only to find the Mayor is not willing to pay the price agreed on. The Piper then lures away the children through a magic door. The Mayor repents and the Piper lets the children happily return.
