Kevin has been accused of stealing groundbreaking technology from Frank and his daughter Billie's company. Now he's out to prove his innocence. After breaking into her house in a search for clues, he finds himself trapped in a closet and imitating 'Stan', an electronic home communication device. While Frank revels in the excitement of his new creation, Kevin tries to convince Billie of his innocence. The stakes are upped when Billie's new boyfriend Basil arrives.
