Dot and Ada are decorating for Christmas and doing last minute rehearsals for this year's Christmas play: A Christmas Carol. Dot has done it again with her adaptation of Charle Dicken's Classic! Dot will play the lead as usual, Ada will accompany her as the ghosts and other characters, Frank will play a small role, and Molly got food poisoning from a bad fruit cake. What does this mean? It means that Josh has to stand in whenever he is needed, ready or not, live in front of an audience. Luckily there's a script he can take on stage with him as he performs roles he has never even read before.
This is a madcap version of A Christmas Carol that still includes all the important parts but with a dash of side splitting comedy to the mix. However, this does not pull focus from the beautiful masterpiece that is A Christmas Carol as Scrooge still has his poignant moment at the end knowing that Christmas is meant to be cherished and through the magic of Dot and Ada, the holiday is no longer one worthy of a famous exclamation of Humbug!
